The three-storey buildings occupied a large portion of the southern side of the site, creating unique challenges due to their proximity to operational nursing home facilities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"747\" data-end=\"1017\">Working within such a sensitive environment required <strong data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"827\">strict safety protocols<\/strong>, detailed planning, and careful sequencing to minimise disruption to residents and staff. Limited access via open footpaths added complexity, demanding precise coordination and execution.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1437\">The ASGS team conducted thorough site assessments, maintained clear communication with stakeholders, and implemented rigorous controls throughout asbestos removal and demolition works.
